Keeping in Touch With Your Customers

This practical interactive workshop will help you develop leads and create sales opportunities by managing and nurturing your contacts.

Topics will include:

  • Reviewing your customer base and target markets
  • Devising an effective plan to develop your contact base
  • Overcoming reluctance, building confidence and creating superb first impressions
  • Talking to customers in their own language - know what to say and how to say it

You must be living in, or have a business in, the Bray and Greystones Municipal District areas to attend this workshop, and certain other qualifying criteria may apply - such as being under-employed.
