Our Social Prescribing for Bray and North Wicklow team are running a free Free Menopause programme starting Thursday the 29th August from 11.30 to 12.30 August for 6 weeks.
The programme is for those approaching menopause or going through the menopause who want to learn more.
Topics include:

- Lifestyle choices
- Nutrition
- Bone health
- Physical activity and more!
