We are delighted to announce Bray Area Partnership, in collaboration with HSE Health and Wellbeing, Dublin South and Wicklow Health Area, will be hosting our second Health and Wellbeing Fair of the year.
Where: Ballywaltrim Community Centre
When: Tuesday, 22 October, 2024 from 10am - 12pm
Featuring two very knowledgeable speakers: Yoga and Meditation Practitioner Jen O’ Sullivan who will lead us through a Wellness Workshop and Dr Catherine O’Riordan who will discuss Women’s Health including fertility and menopause. Plus free carbon monoxide readings on the day with our 'We Can Quit' team. With lots of free healthy snacks on offer, we will also showcase information from community groups and local services who support Health and Wellbeing in Bray.
The event is FREE and everyone is welcome to browse, chat, make connections and find out more about what’s on offer in our wonderful local community.
